Dropping Senegal from the road map meant we were able to drive the Route de l’Espoir (Road of Hope). The ombilical cord that links the Southern Sahara to the Atlantic.
A long drive but a magnificent one.

En abandonnant le Senegal, nous nous sommes ouvert la porte de la celebre ‘Route de l’Espoir’, qui relie le sud du Sahara a l’Atlantique. Plus de 800 kms, mais quels paysages !
